Blogging, microblogging, status updates and online journaling have lead to people thinking that other people actually give a shit about what they have to say or what they’re doing. Sure, there are some blogs out there with real, considered, researched and thought out opinions. Then there are countless others that are full of whiny drivel, including bunk like what the author thinks about their breakfast cereal or some television series. The internet affords every one of us an equal opportunity to fill the world with more useless writing and vain, valueless opinions.
